Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
Cinnamon Spice Bread
2/3 cup white sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable/olive oil
for topping
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup or so of oats
1 tsp cinnamon

preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x15inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and 2/3 cup sugar. Add egg, milk and oil to the flour mixture

Stir until just moistened. Pour half of batter in the pan.

Sprinkle half of cinnamon/oats mixture over batter. Pour rest of the batter into the pan and then pour the other half of the sugar/oats mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
