Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
Ginger Almond Sugar Cookies
Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup olive oil
-
2 tbsp Almond Milk
-
1 cup flour
-
1 1/2 baking powder
-
1-1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

2 tbsp honey
-
handful of blanched sliced almonds plus more for decorating
Instructions

preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
-
combine olive oil and sugar in a bowl.

add ginger, honey and milk to oil/sugar mixture.

combine salt, flour, almonds, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
-
combine the dry and the wet ingredients.
-
form 12 equal-sized balls, flatten to about 1/2 to 2/3 inch thickness. Add the rest of the almonds on top to decorate.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
