Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
Ginger Sugar Cookies
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (olive oil works too)
2 tbsp milk (or maybe soy milk? i havent tried that yet)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 1/2 baking powder
*preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
*combine butter(or oil) and sugar in a bowl.
*add vanilla and milk to butter/sugar mixture. I added some ginger which was lovely. You can add as little or as much ginger as you’d like, it’s up to you.
*combine salt, flour and baking powder in a seperate bowl.
*combine the dry and the wet ingredients.
*form 12 equal-sized balls, flatten to about 1/2 to 2/3 inch thickness. Coat one side with sugar.
*Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
